Your Payment

Local Delivery (North Costa Blanca):

Full payment must be received before your purchase relinquished.

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • All major credit and debit cards through our merchant services partner, Stripe
  • PayPal account payment or debit/credit card through PayPal
  • Cash on delivery

National Delivery:

Full payment must be received prior to your purchase being dispatched.

We accept the following methods of payment:

Free Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery to the majority of mainland Spain addresses. All deliveries are to your specified address (e.g. home, office, hotel, etc.). Although all effort is made to ensure you item arrives on your specified day, we cannot accept liability for late arrivals due to our couriers. It is essential that you inform us of any changes that might affect our courier’s ability to deliver the packages to you at the specified address. We cannot be held liable for failure of delivery if the parcel is not accepted or you are not available. Most deliveries are within 24 hours of dispatch. However, packages may take up to 36 hour to arrive at your destination. By proceeding you accept these terms.

Please be aware that the free delivery cannot provide a delivery time and is not trackable. It is essential that there is someone available at the delivery address at all times. Deliveries can be from 8:00 to 20:00. In most cases, the delivery driver will call a few minutes prior to delivery, however, this is not a fixed service.

Territorial Limit

JustJuice Spain deliver  Juice and Juice & Soup Cleanse Plans to mainland Spain addresses. All island locations or other European countries should be referred to our office prior to ordering. Orders from other countries for delivery in Spain are accepted.

Damage, loss or theft of Plans

We always ensure that your package arrives in good condition to your nominated address, if you provide an alternative delivery arrangement we cannot provide any guarantee against damage or theft.

Storage of your Juice and/or Juice & Soup Plan

Our juices and soups are freshly made and therefore should be kept in a freezer until use. We recommend freezing them once you have received them and defrost the night before use. Please note that defrost times may vary depending on your settings and equipment.


If you wish to reschedule your plan, we must be notified at least three (3) working days in advance of delivery date. Changing the date of your plan does not incur any additional charges within this time period.

Cancellation policy

You may reschedule to another date with no additional charges if we are notified of such changes at least three (3) working days prior to your delivery date. Cancellation can be processed up to four (4) working days before your chosen delivery day, however, we will retain 50% of the price paid due to processing costs of the plan. Any cancellation within 24hrs before the delivery day we are unable to refund the cost to you.

Refund policy

Due to the type of product and nature of our plans (perishable goods), we cannot offer a refund unless goods are faulty or not as described on the website.  Your refund will be processed within 30 days. If you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us at

Substitution of juices or soups

Due to some seasonal variation, failure of crops or limited supplies we are, on the odd occasion, forced to  substitute or replace ingredients or even whole juices and/or soups. We always substitute on a like-for-like taste and calorie basis where possible.

Health and nutritional information

If you have any health conditions or concerns you are responsible for checking with a registered medical practitioner before doing a plan. We recommend that anyone changing their diet should consult a registered medical practitioner in the first instance.
